I am a retired banker living in Connecticut, USA.  No wife, kids or pets.  A free man.

Born into an Irish Catholic family I am now an Atheist who has been drifting left ward since my days as a Goldwater Republican.

I love the story music tells.  Natalie Merchant and the Rolling Stones are my favorites but I like anything but Rap and Opera.

I enjoy poetry.  The beauty of ’I Sing The Body Electric” by Walt Whitman.  The dark world of “Howl” by Allen Ginsberg.

One of my favorite places in the world is the Museum Of Modern Art in New York City.

I also like watching sports, another thing I am good at only in my imagination.  The New York Mets, New York Giants and the UCONN’s mens and womens basketball teams are my teams.

The Internet has done more to educate me than all the books I read at school.  It think me real education began when I retired and logged on.

I started this blog to try and pay back the blogging community for all the it has given me.
