		<description>Papa, having a parent come back from war with a serious, debilitating injury can be very traumatic for children. They need help in understanding what has happened.  

It was disappointing to read that the &quot;military and civilian healthcare systems (were) stretched thin&quot;.  Guaranteeing that military families get all the support they need should be our nations highest priority.  It is very good however to see there are organizations like COPE helping to fill in the gaps.</description>
